Commands inside of the help cog

Command	Usage	Description
help	+help [command]	Displays the help message for a given command. If no command is given, displays a list of commands organized by cog and each command's brief. Arguments cmd is the full qualified name (all parent and child commands) of the command. Examples: +help +help setup name (+help name won't work because that's not the full qualified name)
